This policy ensures a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for everyone dining at La Piñata Mexican Grill. By visiting our restaurant, you agree to follow these rules to help us maintain the best experience for all guests.
2. General Conduct
Guests must treat all staff and other customers with courtesy and respect.
Abusive, disruptive, or threatening behavior will not be tolerated.
Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these rules.
3. No Sleeping Policy
To keep our atmosphere safe and professional, sleeping or lying down on the premises is strictly prohibited.
This includes tables, booths, bar areas, patios, or vehicles in our parking lot during operating hours.
Guests appearing to be asleep will be politely awakened by staff or management.
Repeat violations may result in being asked to leave the property.
4. Alcohol & Safety
Guests must be 21 or older to purchase or consume alcohol. A valid government-issued ID is required.
Anyone who appears visibly intoxicated may be refused service or asked to leave to ensure their safety and that of others.
5. Health & Cleanliness
Shoes and shirts are required at all times.
Outside food and drinks are not allowed unless approved by management.
Service animals are always welcome in compliance with ADA guidelines, but pets are not permitted inside.
6. Compliance with Law
Guests must follow all local, state, and federal laws, including health, safety, and alcohol regulations, while on the premises.
7. Management Rights
La Piñata Mexican Grill reserves the right to:
Refuse or discontinue service for non-compliance.
Remove any guest who is disruptive or unsafe.
